A clear return review process
Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
To be considered, an item should be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging and included components. Items showing signs of use, accidental damage, missing parts, or incomplete packaging may not qualify for return review.
Starting a request
Email service@leanpulsepatch.com with your order details and the reason for the request.
For damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items, please include clear photographs to help us review the situation.
Before sending an item
Please wait for written return instructions. Items sent without prior guidance, sent to an incorrect location, or sent without enough order information may take longer to review.
Once the returned item arrives, it will be reviewed and an update will be provided by email.
